Florida Ave. has wholesalers so it's sort of a market district. I think it would be pretty cool to take pictures there the only downside is it's pretty hectic...

Don’t bother. That old dude and his boss already took the best spot around there, and his bodygaurds are big meanies so they won’t let you use it.
